Adding Googlelinks for eastings & Northings

The project is to write an executable program with an icon which will look at an easting & a Northing in a SQL database field (easting,northing) e.g. 488575,148317 and then create a google map link e.g. https://goo.gl/maps/KSRBriRVo1QkTuQ48 and write back to another field in the SQL database. When run the program needs a [Start] button and should only add the google link where the Easting,Northing field is not null. Program will use test database first and then once ready should rwad/write to live database. Would like to see a running list on screen of fields being read and google link being provided.
