Add student dashboard to existing wix website. -- 2

I am looking for someone to add a student dashboard to my existing Wix website (www.onlineislamicinstitute.org). The dashboard will contain student records with their login and payment updates. It will need to be connected to my existing database for data to be directly accessible. The dashboard will be security enabled and accessible to only specific users with password protection as required. I will share the ID and password of my Wix website account and the database of existing students in spreadsheets. Undermentioned are the things I need in my website:
1. Add Login Page for students.
2. Add Payment method
3. Make provision for recurring (monthly) fees and automatic update of payment.
4. Make provision of sending automatic fee receipt by email/WhatsApp
5. Make provision of collecting different fee amount from different student which will be set at the time of admission itself.
6. Collecting and maintaining data of students at the time of Admission.
