Add registration using Gmail account in our website

We are developing a website for classified ads and we want advertisers to register in the website using their Gmail account.
We tried enabling this feature from google developer screen and google was asking for the Privacy terms to be publicly available in the website which we already done.
Google rejected our request (2 times) saying that the Privacy terms do not comply with their requirements.
We need someone who knows how to deal with this issue and review our request and privacy terms and be accepted by google.
