Add rating function to a existing tourist spot website

The rating system should be like the freelancers rating system. The user gives a rating of 4 amenities and it then calculates the overall rating for the user. It should also be able to calculate the average of individual amenities and show alongside the main rating on the tourist page.
The homepage will show the top-rated places based on rating stars and most visited places based on reviews given.
