Add prefix to multible files in multible folder - Keeping the old file name but with a prefix to be added

I want a very simple program where I can select a fold and all the files (could be 1000s) would retain there name but add a prefix. A sample: "Tribal Elements-Rounded-Devils Tail (01).PNG" would be "template-Tribal Elements-Rounded-Devils Tail (01).PNG"

I do not change the price after the bid
