Add plugin for points/redeems Woocommerce

We give out "points" to our company employees for various actions they've done.
We have now built a freshly installed woocoommerce website where our employees should be able to purschase items only using their "points", no actual payment will be processed - they will only be using their "points" and no
one outside our company will be able to make any purchases.

I am looking for a woocommerce specialist that can add a plugin to our woocommerce/wordpress site with the following features.
* Add new users, using their email and name.
* Be able to add/update points to each user
* For users to be able to make "purchases" in our woocommerce store with their points.
