Add an option to select "Self collect" or Delivery in magento 2 project

I want to add an option to select "Self collect" or Delivery on checkout page in magento 2 project. If customer selects "Select Collect", there will no delivery charge and user will see a Message "Can be collected in 30 minutes." (I might change this message.), if customer selects delivery, customer will be charged as it is currently working in the project.
