I need missing HTTP API method "DelegateResource" - (documentation link - https://developers.tron.network/reference/delegateresource-1 )
to be added to the GitHub PHP Library - https://github.com/iexbase/tron-api
New function should send available ENERGY or BANDWIDTH resources available from STAKING2.0 from staking address to another specified address.
If You previously worked with the "iexbase/tron-api" Library from GitHub it shouldn't be a problem.
