I have a dedicated server that will be used as an upload server, and a shared host which is hosting my +18 forum.
I need a shortening site to shorten direct links to the mp4 files hosted on my dedicated server. the shortened links will be posted in my forum later manually.
Every visitor's click will first open the waiting download page as shown on the attached pdf file. and the clicks will be counted and will be stored on the shortening website.
on the shortening website, as shown in the PDF files. The number of clicks on each shortened link will be counted, every 1000 clicks will earn 5 USD.
Forum links clicked ---> download page will be opened ----> visitors will be waiting for the download links ----> ads will be shown -----> after 50 seconds visitors will get the link to download ---> 1st or sometimes 2nd click will open and advertised URL, the 2nd or 3rd try will start the download.
