Add item to CRM & bulk SMS

Work: Add programmable SMS to myMandap.
Problem: Our website is like justdial or sulekha a platform where buyer & vendors (sellers) would meet.
Right now there’s a form on the website which comes from our CRM. The customer data then gets saved to CRM.
Requirement:
1. I need URL & area to be automated added to my CRM records.
2. Need a pre-set SMS that can be set up changed anytime that would be sent as soon as the customer fills up the form.
Example for venue form (for local offers)

3. Need Manual sms facility
4. Same features for Whatsapp.
5. Additional feature (reminder in every 3days till 1 month)
