Add a forum section in my existing website.

I am looking for a developer who can add a forum section in my Stock photo script. The script is developed using Codeigniter and purchased from itechscripts.
In the forum section where members will post and any other visitor can reply by entering their name and email id. The main website and the forum will share the same user table. So the registration process has to be merged.
