Add 3 features on a laravel 8 application and UX / UI enhancement

hey,
I am looking for someone to add 3 features which include twillio integration and automatic email sending after certain events. The other feature include changing sign up/in process to start with an email, if account is found, you are taken to login and if not found, you are taken to sign up page.
All changes must be documented and delivery shall be via Github. There are many features to be added but we start with this 3 features. Good skills in Rest API is very essential. We shall also change the appearance by redoing the UI. I will provide blade bootstrap template for that work.
This will be an ongoing work since there are more than 10 features more that need to be added at a later date after this one are over. You need a good eye for design to apply for this job.
