Add features to my SAAS web app

I would like to add features to my SAAS application. The system should include a diagnosis search feature that should fetch data from an in-database ICD10 database and display it upon search. The system should also have the ability to manage patient treatment history where I can add and view historical data of the patient.
Basically its two functions to be added:
1. Add patient history where documents can be added , treatments traced etc
2. Add ICD10 diagnosis to be visible from the point of adding prescriptions.
