Add custom MySQL fields to webcalendar script

I am using a webcalendar script to manage my guests reservations.

I need to add some additional custom fields to form while creating new entry, depending on reservation type: individual or group. Fields like textarea, dropdown, date select and save it to database.

Need someone with good knowledge of PHP and MySQL. Knowing also webcalendar script is even better.
