Add 'avis vérifiés' on a Woocommerce with XML file

I'm actually building a woocommerce website and i need to add a review system named 'avis verifiés'.
It's working by loading XML file on the ftp. you will have to develop a system to interpret this xml file to add the notes on the product pages.
