Add additional module in PHP Laravel Code.

We have recently purchased a project Management Code from Code Canyon which is built using PHP, Bootstrap, Laravel, My SQL. This is the working demo of that software:

We have a current working module in Codeigniter which we want to redesign under this code. The changes required are what I have attached. Kindly go through the document carefully before bidding and dont ask for extension in terms of time and money.
