Add Websites to referral system
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need to add more websites to the system. The principle for the added sites is the same, I think you already get it. People join Punk Panda Club and submit referral codes for different websites and then those codes are inserted into the links shown to the people they personally refer to Punk Panda club.

There are three websites on this page:
1. Punk Panda Farm

PP34895 is the variable part and the default.

On some devices the link works fine, but on others, perhaps a phone, it doesn’t work so well,
so I need both a box for people to press to copy the code, AND a button with the referral
code inserted.
The reason I need both is so a user can push the button, and if for some reason they are asked
for the code they can come back and press the box to copy it.
2. Crypto.com

v744gnvyjr is the variable part and the default.

The images for each website should also be clickable and go to the same link as the button.
The next thing is I need users to be able to submit their codes on this page without going to the profile page to submit them, I’ve put a html submit box in the places I need that. The color of the submit button should

OTHER THINGS:
When a user registers on the club website, I don’t want them to see the unrequired fields.
Also, I wonder if you can add some rules for the fields, because at the moment people can type anything.
Sometimes the dropdown menu under Membership Account sometimes goes behind the logo, does that happen for you too? If so, can you please fix that?
And lastly for now, the referral link is quite ugly:

Is there any way to make that better? e.g https://puxxxxda.cxxb/?r=cxxnoa
