Add PIN code before Granting Access

I am looking for a freelancer who can integrate a PIN code system into my web-based / PWA application to secure digital login credentials (PIN Code). The ideal candidate should have experience in integrating security features into existing systems. The project requirements are as follows:

- Integrate a PIN code system into the existing web-based/PWA application
- Ensure that the PIN code system is secure and cannot be easily bypassed (can be set on the back end)
- Provide documentation on the implementation of the PIN code system
- code should work web based and PWA
- platform is wordpress / woocommerce / third party plugin
- can turn the function on and off


Skills required:
