Add New Payment Gateway To SocialEngine -- 3

We are are currently using a third party plugin to manage payment gateways on our SocialEngine site. We would like to add another gateway, CCBill, to the gateways available. The third party app enables us to easily integrate CCBill as payment gateway by creating a skeleton code with an appropriate file structure. We are in need of someone to make the needed modifications to the generated files skeleton file to add CCBill as a payment option. It is important that SocialEngine standards are followed while adding the gateway. Therefore, experience in working with SocialEngine is highly recommended. In addition, we will need to have web hooks enabled to cancel subscriptions on our site when a subscriptions fails to renew, or is canceled on CCBills end. In addition, use the web hooks to cancel the subscription billing on CCBill, if the subscription is canceled on our Social Engine site.
