Add Few Functions to A PHP Survey Portal

I have an existing PHP Survey Portal run using EasyForms. It uses Yii2 PHP Framework and a mysql db. I am looking for an experienced developer to add a few features to this existing code.

I need the following tasks done:-
- Ability to compare between survey questions responses in the analytics section (Eg: Filter by Age or Gender)
- Ability to export this as excel sheet or PDF
- Convert some default settings like LTR text to RTL as default
