Add Crypto Payment Gateway & Custom Page -- 2

We need to add a crypto payment gateway feature to website. (a crypto merchant to accept bitcoin and dogecoin)
Developer will need to configure the signup pg and payment gateway with buy button. When a user clicks on join from the home pg they will signup and make payment. Once users have made their payment, they will need to verify their email and then they can login.
The 2nd part of the setup is to create a custom page which acts as a content locker. This is a custom pg that needs to be designed like the example attached. I also have a sample script pg we can redesign or do from scratch. See attached images. Upon login users are only able to see the custom pg, which they must refer 3 new members to unlock the dashboard access. Menus are blocked, new users only see this pg until they have completed necessary referrals. Only signups are counted as referrals.
The custom pg shows countdown clock and referral counters, it has a share options for users to share the opportunity, and an option for users to buy a time extension. Users must get a minimum of 3 referrals before they gain access to the back-office and they are only given 24 hours. Once they have they get a success notification and then are given access to backoffice.
