Add Cart to our website PHP (No Frame Work) & MySQL

Hello We are looking for a professional Freelancer to help me add a cart to our website.
I need someone experienced in using PHP Core (No Frame Work) & MySQL to build the cart, as well as creating a checkout page. The perfect Freelancer candidate must be proficient in these technologies and have high attention to detail when crafting my addition.
We have 2 sections in our web site. We see a few products in website and and also conduct cooking classes. The cart will be connected to both sections.
We have a Admin section to add Products and Cooking Classes.
For Products:
1. Add products to cart
2. User can Login / Register / Login with Google Account / Continue as Guest
For Classes:
1. User can select the Class
2. User can Login / Register / Login with Google Account / Continue as Guest
