Activate whatsapp api for software

I am looking for professional assistance to activate a WhatsApp API for my software. We havr created a software wherein survey can be issued through url, email or whatsapp. The testing is complete. We are facing difficulties in managinf a facebook business manager account which link their existing whatsapp API. Help is needed only for activating that. Facebook pages may be required to be created for the same.
