Activate Stripe checkout for 3d secure payments

We're running a site that accepts payments via Stripe. The site is in WP and runs gravity forms. Several payments are not accepted by default since payments are not handled with 3d secure as of today. Your job will be to quickly and smoothly and WITHOUT AFFECTING THE CURRENT SITE AND LIVE TRAFFIC (since transactions are made all the time!) implement 3d secure payments.
The second milestone will be to also integrate DIBS payments into the site but your bid should ONLY cover the first task. But so you know, we have another task right after this one.
