Looking for someone to build an HR and Payroll software which complies to U.S. laws of all states in the United States. Software should be able to direct deposit into employees bank account, prepare state and federal tax reports. Main areas should include 1) Employee/Job Tracking 2) Onboarding/Offboarding document retention 3) Time Sheet Tracking (desktop/phone) 4) Employee evaluation 5) Payroll 6) Training Records/HR Reports 7) Remote Schedule Management 8) Benefits Management, 9) PTO/Sick time tracking
