Acquire and Implement Learning Management System

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced provider or consultant who can supply and support the implementation of a pre-built Learning Management System (LMS) that is fully operational and already integrated or approved by UK Awarding Bodies (e.g., Highfield, TQUK, NCFE, Qualifi, etc.).

This LMS will be used to deliver and manage qualifications such as:


Level 3-7 Diplomas (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.)

Key Requirements:
Fully functional LMS – cloud-based or installable

SCORM-compliant

Must support tracking, learner assessments, feedback, and awarding body requirements

Internal verification and IQA features preferred

Already working with or approved by UK Awarding Bodies

Ability to white-label (custom logo/branding)

User roles for admin, tutors, assessors, and learners

Support for online and blended learning delivery

Optional:
Course migration support (PDF, video, SCORM, etc.)

Custom reporting dashboards

Automated communication tools (email reminders, etc.)

Deliverables:
Access to demo or working version of the LMS

Licensing/pricing model breakdown

Initial setup and guidance

Technical and operational support (if needed)
