I am looking for a developer to create a web application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze car accidents. The platform should allow two drivers involved in an incident to input their information and upload images of their damaged vehicles. The AI will evaluate the data and images to make an initial judgment, which will then be reviewed by an administrator.

Key Features:
- AI capabilities for image analysis: The AI should be able to assess damage, determine liability, and identify vehicle parts.
- Admin-only authentication: The platform should have a secure login system for administrators to review and approve the AI's decisions and finalise the reports.
- Report Generation: The AI's decision will be formatted into a report. The driver at fault will receive a red report, while the affected driver will receive a green report. The initial format for these reports will be PDF, but they should also be generated in DOCX format.
