I need a solution for YouTube as follows.

I have a YouTube channel that I want to restrict to private use by email address (Chrome account) in the browser.
But I do want them to be able to log in using a site where I will create a password for the page.
Is it possible to make this site count as logged in as a confirmed chrome account in the channel?
So even if someone is not logged in with an approved account for access they will be able to access because of Internet Chef is it considered approved?
