Access chat.openai.com programmatically

I need a script written in PHP or python that I can run on my web server which will allow me to access chat. GPT programmatically.

I need to be able to pass a prompt to the script and get back the chat GPT response, using GPT4 (I have a GPT plus account).

I need this to demo a product I am working on while I am waiting for my GPT4 API key.

If you’re interested in this project, please send me the names of the technologies you will use, how you will bypass the open AI captcha, how long it will take and what it will cost.
