Access api data using secret key and access id and that data should save in database "users table" and also create the same.

Access api data using secret key and access id and that data should save in database "users table" , if any update in that api then automatically it should be update with my " users" table and after that need to create the api for same users tables with secret key and access id so in my users table if any new user register with new details then it should be update with unique email address else that will route to login details like forget password and login.
