About Perfex CRM customization

Hello. I need a small plugin within the Perfex application. I want to write a daily report on a new page as a plugin feature. I want this page to have features such as adding photos and adding descriptions. Changeable fields are seen in the attached pdf file. I want it to automatically display other fields from the database on the screen. If you can make this development, I will ask for revisions in different areas within the application.
