AWS: Setting up a wordpress theme + creating a subdomain + migrate a software

I kindly would like to have a budget for the following project:
Futura Centro is a soon-to-be-launched medical clinic focused on mental health. For this matter, we developed a software (coded on PHP and Laravel) that will help our users (psychiatrists, psychologists, patients and support team) reduce time in administrative tasks.
I only mentioned the software to give you a context of our company, but the software itself won’t be a crucial part of this project.
What we need to do is the following:
STEP 1: I just bought a Wordpress theme (Healsoul, from Envato) to be the institutional webpage of my company. I need to correctly install it and set it up on AWS, using a domain I already own (futuracentro.cl). May I mention I already read the wordpress theme documentation and is quite simple and fast.
STEP 2: After correctly installing and setting up the mentioned theme on AWS, I need you to create a subdomain (intranet.futuracentro.cl), where my company’s software will be hosted (also on AWS, of course).
STEP 3: I need to move the software to AWS and leave it operative on the mentioned subdomain.
I would highly appreciate a budget for your work, specifying the amount of time/money you consider for each step, and for the entire project. I am working right now on a short list and estimate the beginning of this project(step 1 , at least) by the end of this week or beginning of the next one.
This is my full time job, so in case we work together, you can constantly count on my timely feedback/guidance
