I’m looking for a freelancer to build an automation workflow in n8n for a Car Hauling business.
The system must:
• Capture car hauling loads from freight boards (via API or scraping).
• Apply filters: pickup within 300 miles of Atlanta, SUV/sedan (1 car per driver), minimum $1.00 per mile.
• Send filtered results automatically to WhatsApp (via Twilio) and email.
The project will be delivered in modules:
1. MVP: Load capture + filters + notifications.
2. Return loads: Search for backhaul trips automatically.
3. Dashboard: Simple interface with Supabase or Notion to track loads, status, and revenue metrics.
Extra (Phase 2): smart notifications, auto-discard underpriced loads, AI chatbot for brokers, and route optimization.
Deliverables:
• Fully working n8n workflow.
• Documentation (how to run/stop).
• Integrated with Twilio/WhatsApp and email.
