API to shopify

Looking to pull products from api here:

Need to pull most variables about the products. Also, photos seem to come from a different API so we will need to sync products values with photos.
Ideally i would like a way to update the products weekly via API pull requests. I do not think its possible via google sheets as they're over 20,000 products. Open to ideas.
These products need to be pushed into shopify platform.
