API to link Inquisiq LMS to CertifyMe

To link our Inquisiq LMS at www.degrandsonLMS.com to CertifyMe (a Certificate database with QR Codes) so that, when the conditions for automatically generating a Certificate in Inquisiq are met, the automatic production and issue of a corresponding Certificate in CertifyMe is triggered.
