API integration and Google sheets - cron jobs set up for wp

I am looking to integrate API order forwarding from WP to warehouse - request and response with API key , no endpoints needed.
I need to clear 2 large xls sheets with 50,000 data rows - sort and clear data, add new columns, and connect these 2 sheets (product data and stock data) to cloud and cron jobs for auto-sync.
All products must be sorted in parent and child categories to show properly on the website menu.
Menu and errors fixed for all products to show by categories.
Testing live orders with API - sending orders to the warehouse.
Full automation needed.
Testing and small errors upcoming during the project must be fixed.
Timeline 1 week.
