Need to create an API repeater that can fetch data from gravity forms installed on various sites. And then add subscriber to Mumara email
Description:
1. Option to add whitelisted domain
2. Capture form fills using gravity form webhook
3. UI to add and remove whitelisted domain or origns
4. Ui to add mumara email api (no static api since mumara domain might change later)
5. Ui to see last 100 post events
6. API should add users to subscribers in mumara email
7. Option to select/change subscriber list where it adds leads to.
