API call from CodeIgniter App based on register, pay to upgrade, membership expiry events

Add CURL HTTP API call to external API based on the following events in Codeigniter app:
a) User Subscribes to a plan by paying - call api end point a and save API response in additional user field
b) User upgraded/downgrades to a plan by paying - call api end point b with POST call to assign a membership level (based on user id)
b) User cancels - call api end point b with post to update sattus to inactive
