API Send SMS script from Roundcube webmail

Hi!
I am using Roundcube webmail.
When an email arrives with "incoming call" in subject line, I already have a filter which will allow you to "pipe to a program".
I don't know if that is the best approach for my objective of sending a sms message?
My sms provider company is called "TextMagic" and they do provide API documentation here: https://docs.textmagic.com/#tag/Getting-started
I think I need you to write a script to extract the "from" phone number in the message, then use API to send a text message to that number via TextMagic API.
