API JotForm ZAPIER setup

My company is doing lots of lead generation at the moment and the way we are doing it is via a custom JotForm form. We do our own marketing campaigns and produce huge amounts of enquiries, then our lead generation team calls the prospects, pre-qualifies them via the JotForm and if they are suitable they are hot-keyed over to our buyers. The call is transferred live and at the end of the form there is a drop down option containing our buyers email and upon hitting submit the details are emailed to their inbox instantly.
We have had some bigger companies contact us wanting to buy hot-key leads from us but they need to be delivered by API. I know that it is possible, most likely via the ZAPIER integration, however I have never dealt in API setups before and need help. Is it something you or someone you know can help with?
