API Intergration

Im currently using wordpress & woocommerce.
I would like to use a suppliers API to add clothing products (with variations) to my store to purchase.
I also currently have a plugin in wordpress to add product options like upload a logo, print postition etc.
I would like to add the suppliers products with all the options and categories.

If possible I would like to use the same style menu structure.
