Key Requirements:
1. Scope of Listings
• Fetching listings from both the primary market (new projects) and the secondary market (resales).
• Fetching listings for both sales and rentals (short-term and long-term).
2. Information Visible to Users
• Property Images
• Property Details:
• Number of bedrooms
• Number of bathrooms
• Built area
• Plot size (if applicable)
• Property description
• Location (Country → Region → City/Town)
• Price
• Type of transaction (sale, short-term rental, long-term rental)
3. Information Visible Only to the Admin
• All of the above, plus the contact details of the agency/agent/developer/owner assigned to the property.
4. Functionality & Configuration
• The module must not interfere with manually added listings – data retrieval from the API must be manually enabled or disabled.
• Ability to configure how often and at what time listings should be fetched.
• The offer ID cannot be associated with manually added offers. For example, you can add "00" to offerts from API or another tag at the beginning.
• Ability to disable API data fetching using a toggle switch.
5. Additional Features
• Improved, more aesthetically pleasing location selection on the website
• Structure: Country → Region → City/Town
• Search and filter options for fetched listings, including:
• Property type
• Type of transaction (sale/rental)
• Price range
• Number of rooms
• Area size
• Location
