API Integration Facebook & Instagram

We are looking for a developer with profund expertise in the facebook/meta graph- and marketing api who can help us on integrating these apis in our omni channel communications suite which is build on a lamp stack with symfony php framework. Purpose is to publish simple posts/stories and ads formats (picture, video, carousel) programmatically. Detailed information is provided after we took a look at freelancer references.
