I need to integrate the API from my supplier to my website that works with WooCommerce. There isn't a plugin readily available so it all would need to be customized, but my budget is low.

All I want is to pull the products into my woocommerce and increase the price by 30%. The orders do not have to be processed by the API, I will do them manually. You don't have to worry about shipping either.
