API-First Multi-Vendor Quantity-Based Availability Platform / Future Channel Manager -- 2
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or a small, highly capable development team to build a custom multi-vendor availability synchronization SaaS platform from the ground up.
For confidentiality reasons, this public brief uses a Hotel / Room Type model. The exact industry-specific inventory type, detailed business workflow and first external integration target will be disclosed privately only to shortlisted candidates, potentially under NDA.
This is a custom application project and is not based on any CMS/WordPress etc.
Project Vision
The long-term vision is to create a scalable Channel Manager platform capable of synchronizing inventory, availability, reservations, pricing and additional operational data with third-party systems through APIs.
However, the initial MVP must remain focused, practical and technically robust.

Payments will be milestone-based and released only after verified deliverables.
The proposed payment structure is:
25% of the total project cost after project kickoff, approval of the technical architecture, setup of the development/staging environment and delivery of the first functional milestone.
75% of the total project cost after successful MVP delivery, deployment/publication of the platform, verified connection with one confidential agreed API-based external system, successful testing, documentation and technical handover.
The MVP will be considered complete only when the platform is deployed, the agreed external API-based availability integration is connected and tested, and the critical quantity-based inventory scenarios have been successfully demonstrated.
The first external integration target will be disclosed privately only to the selected developer or team.
