API Enhancement for Microsoft Licensing

I am looking for a capable API/Stack developer to improve our current API which handles Microsoft licensing. The primary goal is to enhance the data retrieval functionality.

The current ms.csebusiness.com and ms.csebusiness.hu have some challenges when retrieving the data.
For example, Microsoft 365 EEA licenses cannot be retrieved at all, and some categories and classifications are missing.

There are three major areas of improvement needed:
1) Full match case for the name of the products on a subpage
2) Between a few products categories need to add an extra banner
3) think/improve the css and the responsive design including updating a design for the H1,H2,H3,H4,H5,H6,H7 and additional body text


Your main tasks will be:
- Improving existing API for better data retrieval
- Ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in API development, PHP, and HTML
- Experience working with Microsoft licenses
- Skills in enhancing data retrieval functionalities
- A good understanding of API/stack development
