API Development for Telemedicine Site

I'm looking for a proficient API developer to enhance my online doctor website, built on Laravel, with important functionalities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laravel and robust API development.
Key Additions:
- Appointment Scheduling: The API needs to support scheduling of video consultations. Patients should easily book an appointment with doctors via the platform.
- Prescription Management: After each consultation, a built-in system should be available for doctors to prescribe medications which patients can access directly within their user dashboard.
- Twilio Integration: The video consultations will be conducted through a third-party API. Significant experience with Twilio APIs, as video consultations will be facilitated using their service.
Interested candidates should have a demonstrated competency in Laravel, API integrations and familiarity with healthcare or telemedicine platforms will be an added advantage.
