API Development for Laravel based web application

I have a Laravel based web application for online appointment booking and checking live queue status in Hospitals and rooms and beds availability and booking in Hospitals.
I have specifically three requirements -
1. To show appointments booked from our web application to the Hospital's software and appointments booked from Hospitals platform on our web application
2. To show the rooms and beds availability on our web application as per the Hospitals software. It means I want to integrate our web application to Hospital's software through API so that the rooms and Beds availability can be shown as per their software and can also be booked from our web application and the information of booking will be shared with Hospitals and the same could be done if booked with Hospitals software then it can be shown on our website also.
3. We have created a device which detects whenever a patient visits the Doctor's chamber to update the queue status automatically. Currently we have given a manual button to update the queue on Hospital's staff panel. But to automate the queue updating process, we want to use this device to send the data to our web application and update the queue. We want to connect this device through our web application through API to so that whenever a patient visits the Doctor's chamber, it will detect the patient and send the details to our website through API and the queue will be updated.
These are my three requirements and I want this to be completed within 4 days Maximum and my budget is INR 5000-6000. Please contact me only if you can complete this project within the given time and budget. For Device API and any other information needed, I can connect you with our Engineer.
