API Developer for Vendor Database

We are a distributor of electronic components and purchase our products from various suppliers/vendors worldwide. Over 25 years, we collected an extensive database of vendors but that database is written in an older coding language and therefore slow.
We want to create a new website to manage all our vendors (add/remove, CSV upload, rating, reviews, notes, etc.) and make that accessible to our company.

Our current database is written in a similar style but we want it more up to date and user friendly.
