API Chat GPT-4 Repair

As the owner of this project, I am confronted with an issue with my API chat GPT-4 on my PHP coded site. It used to update a data field in SQL using OpenAI but it has inexplicably stopped.
Traits required for a successful freelancer:
• Proficiency in PHP
• OpenAI and API chat GPT-4 debugging expertise
• Experience in working with SQL
Your task includes:
• Identifying what exactly needs fixing which might be in the OpenAI, PHP code or both
• Establishing that no recent changes have been made to the PHP code or OpenAI integration
• Determining why our system, on the admin side, shows no updates were done (The field that should be green is appearing red)
Your task won't involve:
• Expecting any specific error messages when the API chat function stops working as there are none appearing.
Remember, no recent changes were made to the system. Therefore, previous functionality should provide a guide on the expected outcome after your intervention.
